Rachel moved to Nashville in 2021, where she discovered a passion for operations and client service. Since joining Compass Executive Group in 2024, she has continued to grow in both and works closely with Solomon Kafoure and Leslie Janssen to deliver an intentionally excellent client experience to every client.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys kayaking, skiing, crocheting, and traveling with her family.
